Product Range

DAVI's range of product lines includes powerful plate rolls (3 and 4 rolls) for plates 2-6 m in width. 6 - 400 mm thickness, impressive robotic lines, and productivity of four rolls (1 - 6 m width and 2 - 15 mm thickness); uniquely tailored machines for aircraft, shipyards, and tank trailers that go beyond 6 - 24 mm in width.

Both three-roll and four-roll plate-rolling machines are also offered by DAVI, and an MAV version with variable geometry rolling machines is also available. The MCO is a three-roll double-pinch rolling machine.

The independent movement of side rolls and optimization of the geometry for all applications are possible in the MAV. The precise positioning of the side rolls reduces the flat, resulting in one of the shortest flat ends for all thicknesses. This is possible because of the variable geometry. The machine can quickly produce thicker plates when completely opening the side rolls and increasing the bed. The independent movement of all three rolls gives way to excellent geometry for all angles of the cone. This is the best plate roll for thickness beyond 60 - 80 mm(2 - 3 inches).

The MCO line comes in the most ordinary, industry-standard design. Its top roll is embedded, and the two side rolls that can be moved up and down to “pre-bend the edges” and the ability to roll plates make them competitive. The economical roll is ideal for processing plates ranging from 15-20 mm (5/8 - 3/4 inch) to 80-100 mm (3 - 4 inches) in thickness. It's a perfect choice for applications with limited production volumes. Called a Double Pinch, the bending of both ends is done without removing materials from the machine itself(this can never be done on a single initial pinch and uneven design). The roll design features a wide range of side roll movement, enabling efficient pre-bending of both edges. This spacious working area allows for processing larger-diameter bars than traditional roll designs.

Product Models

Regarding the four roll models, DAVI offers two versions, the MCA and the MCB.

With its innovative and posh design, MCA allows for the rolling of plates up to 10 - 15 mm thickness. It's precise, easy, and rapid. As far as light gauge is concerned, it is the most high-tech plate roll to date. It is controlled by an easy and user-friendly CNC that allows you to roll plates automatically. As we go up the scale, much more powerful DAVI CNCs will be self-programmable and will not need an external operator.

On the other side, we have the MCB, which offers the best machines to roll plates (15-20 mm up to 80-100 mm) of thickness and beyond.
